Terms of Service

Clear rules for confident acquisitions.

Last Updated: July 4, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Domayu, or by participating in the acquisition of any domain name listed on our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Eligibility and Legal Capacity

By conducting a transaction on Domayu, you represent and warrant that you are of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding contract. If you are acting on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

3. Domain Acquisitions are Final

Due to the unique nature of digital real estate and the immediate transfer of ownership rights, all domain transactions are final, binding, and strictly non-refundable.

Once a purchase is initiated and funds have been cleared through our secure payment partners (such as Escrow.com, Sedo, or Atom Pay), the transfer process begins immediately. Because ownership control is relinquished by the seller during this process, the transaction cannot be undone or reversed under any circumstances. Please ensure you are certain of your purchase prior to confirming payment.

4. Payment and Transfer Mechanics

We utilize trusted third-party services to ensure secure transactions. When you acquire a domain:

  • You agree to abide by the supplementary terms of service of the selected payment processor or escrow provider.
  • Ownership of the domain name is transferred to you only after full payment has been confirmed and secured.
  • You are responsible for having a valid account with a domain registrar to receive the domain push or transfer. We will provide reasonable assistance during the technical transfer process.

5. Intellectual Property Disclaimer

Domayu provides premium domain names "as-is". We conduct internal evaluations for brandability; however, we do not guarantee that a domain name does not infringe on existing third-party trademarks in your specific jurisdiction or industry. It is your sole responsibility to conduct appropriate legal due diligence and trademark clearance searches prior to acquisition.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Domayu and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your access to or use of our services or the acquisition of a domain name.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, with an updated revision date. Your continued use of Domayu following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

8. Contact Us

If you have any questions regarding these terms prior to making a purchase, please reach out via our Contact Page. We are here to ensure you have a smooth and confident acquisition experience.
